• Should the FDA treat e-cigarettes the same way they treat cigarettes in terms of age restrictions, advertisement restrictions and manufacturing and distribution? 
• Should states get to decide how to regulate this product or should the federal government decide?

3.  Decide how this product will be packaged
4.  Decide youth access and other retail restrictions
5.  Negotiate smoke free air legislation
