2.  Introduce Congressional Legislation project
3.  Get into groups and use the rest of the period to research your topic.
4.  Keynotes will be due at the end of Day 3; Presentations begin on Day 1

1.  Quick review for midterm
2.  Economic Presentation:  What's the debt ceiling?  Should we raise the debt ceiling?  Should we cut spending? VOTE
